This is an add-on service — not a standalone product. It must be purchased alongside a qualifying item from Sew Bauer. Please do not purchase this add-on by itself.
What Is the Rush Order Add-On?
The Rush Order Add-On ($25) upgrades your order to priority production and ships within 48 hours of your order being placed. This service is available for select garments and embroidery styles only — not every item in the shop qualifies.
Qualifying Products
The 48-hour rush service is currently available on merchant-confirmed items. Please reach out before purchasing if you're unsure whether your chosen garment qualifies — we'll confirm eligibility for you before you check out.
Order Deadlines
- Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12:00 PM CST ship within 48 hours of that same business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day.
- Rush add-ons are subject to current production capacity — availability is not guaranteed during peak seasons.
How to Order
- Add your qualifying garment or embroidery product to your cart.
- Add this Rush Order Add-On to the same cart.
- In the Order Notes / Special Instructions field at checkout, include:
- Any customization details (thread color, name, number, monogram, etc.)
- A note that you are requesting the 48-hour rush service
- Complete checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once your order enters production.
Important: Customization notes entered at checkout are required for embroidery orders. Orders missing required details may experience delays even with the rush add-on purchased.
