What is the return policy?
Because all of our items are made to order - many of them personalized or custom embroidered - we do not accept returns or exchanges.
That said, if there is an issue with your order due to an error on our end (wrong item, defect, or damage upon arrival), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
We want you to love your order, so don't hesitate to reach out with any questions before placing an order.

When will I get my order?
We make each item just for you! Most orders take 5-7 business days to create, and shipping usually takes 3-5 days. You can expect your order within 9-15 Business days, and we'll send a tracking number so you can see exactly when it arrives!
How do I wash my embroidered item?
Care: Wash inside out, cold, gentle cycle. Lay flat or hang to dry. Do not bleach. Avoid ironing directly over embroidery or vinyl.

All items are handmade and customized as ordered. Customers are responsible for providing accurate details (spelling, colors, designs). We are not liable for errors provided by the customer.
Payment: Full payment is required before production begins.
Processing & Shipping: Standard turnaround is 10-15 business days; times may vary in peak seasons. Rush orders may be available for an extra fee. We ship via USPS; delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages once shipped.
Returns/Exchanges: Due to the personalized nature of embroidery, all sales are final. If an error is made on our part, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours for a refund. After that, cancellation is not guaranteed.

Design Ownership: Designs created or digitized by Sew Bauer remain our property. Customer-supplied artwork is assumed to be legally owned; we are not liable for copyright claims.
