📋 Refund & Return Policy

All of our items are made to order and customized specifically for you, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellation cannot be guaranteed as production may have already begun.

Customer Responsibility: Please double-check all spelling, colors, and design details before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors in the information provided by the customer.
